Sophie

Sophie is our Lead Instructor here at Rise, delivering both Mat & Reformer sessions. With extensive experience in the health & fitness industry, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy and human movement to every session. Her passion for helping others move with greater confidence strength and ease makes her exceptionally well suited to Pilates. Sophie is dedicated to empowering every client to feel stronger, move better and reconnect with their body in a supportive and encouraging environment. 

Caprice

Caprice is one of our Reformer instructors, bringing over 5 years of experience and passion from the health & fitness industry. Passionate about the transformative benefits of Pilates, particularly when combined with functional strength training, she loves creating engaging and empowering sessions that leave clients feeling stronger, more confident & energised. Alongside coaching, Caprice also works behind the scenes covering our social media, client communications, events & supporting the running of our studio alongside Sophie. 

Charlotte

Charlotte is a Pilates Instrctor originally from Australia, bringing her passion for movement and creativity. She has a background in gymnastics from a young age, developing a love for strength, flexibility, control and body awareness. Bringing fresh ideas and an energetic approach to her classes, creating fun and engaging sessions while keeping alignment, technique and safe movement at the heart.

Glen

Glen brings his background in powerlifting, rugby, and functional fitness to Pilates, creating empowering sessions that help clients move, perform, and feel their best. Having used Reformer Pilates to overcome long-term pain, he’s seen firsthand its transformative impact, both physically and mentally. His approach is grounded, motivating, and focused on helping others lead stronger, more enriched lives.

Phil

Philip came to fitness in his fifties and is passionate about making Pilates accessible to all. Inspired by expert coaching at Superstar Training Club, he trained in mat and Reformer Pilates, and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy. A former NHS Chief Nurse, psychotherapist, and ICF-accredited coach, he focuses on injury rehab and holistic pain management. He holds a Master’s in Mental Health (CBT) and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Getting started couldn’t be easier. Our introductory session bundle provides you with 5 mat sessions or 3 reformer sessions, after which we'll send you all the welcome details you’ll need to login to your new account! It’s a great way to experience Rise Pilate Studios first-hand before making a long-term commitment.
