Rise & Sculpt
Rise & Sculpt offers a dynamic, faster-paced reformer experience that works the entire body and builds stamina. Expect a strong, energising flow that lifts your heart rate while demanding precision and control in every movement. For the best experience, we recommend completing at least 2 Rise & Align sessions before joining if you’re new to reformer.

Pre & Post Natal Flow
Our Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates session offers a supportive, strength-focused approach to movement during pregnancy and post-baby recovery. Designed for expecting mothers and those returning after birth, this slower-paced, dynamic class focuses on core stability, pelvic floor connection, and functional strength to support the changing body. Getting started with us
Getting started couldn’t be easier. Our introductory session bundle provides you with 5 mat sessions or 3 reformer sessions, after which we'll send you all the welcome details you’ll need to login to your new account! It’s a great way to experience Rise Pilate Studios first-hand before making a long-term commitment.
