Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to deliver a transformative full-body experience using premium Align reformer beds. With a maximum of 8 clients per class, you’ll receive high-level, personalised guidance in a boutique setting.
Each session combines precision, resistance, and flow to improve posture, build deep core strength, and enhance mobility. The result is a high-impact, low-intensity workout that supports your lifestyle, strengthens your body, and refines the way you move—both inside and outside the studio.
